Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers will candidly interview each other about their 30 year friendship in a new special Kenny & Dolly: An Intimate Conversation, premiering Monday, December 9 at 9/8c on Great American Country.

Among the many special moments in their conversation, Kenny jokes to Dolly, “I have a fantasy…I want to come see you when you’re in sweat pants and tennis shoes.” Dolly, never to be seen not made-up, quips back, “Maybe in another life.”

Dolly is at home recovering after being involved in a minor traffic accident yesterday morning. While driving with her friend Judy Ogle on Kirkwood Avenue in Nashville yesterday, another vehicle pulled out after not yielding and the two vehicles collided at 11:41 A.M. Not long after Dolly and Judy were treated at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Dolly tweeted:

I was in a fender bender this morning here in Nashville, but I am all good… Just a little tired and sore. Resting at home now!

Rolling Stone has just debuted an exclusive first listen of Willie Nelson’s new duet with Dolly on a new version of “From Here To The Moon and Back”. Dolly originally wrote and recorded the track for her Joyful Noise film in 2012. The song has been re-recorded with slightly altered lyrics as the opening track for Willie Nelson’s upcoming album, To All the Girls….
