Sporting a sparkle-encrusted corset with suspenders, Dolly rocked the house on Dancing With The Stars tonight, performing before over twenty million viewers. Two of the star couples got on their feet to perform before her as she sang 9 To 5. Then the world got its first preview of her new single “Better Get To Livin’” as the dancers took a break to let Dolly perform what promises to be her next hit single.

After the show, Dolly was interviewed by Perez Hilton for his new VH1 television show What Perez Sez with the episode likely to air sometime in November.

Dolly’s first official website – DollyPartonMusic.net – has just been launched, only hours before tonight’s appearance on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars where she will be performing “Better Get To Livin’”, the new single from her upcoming album Backwoods Barbie. For the first time in her career, Dolly has her own dedicated official website that features a message board, photo galleries, music videos and more. In the weeks to come, fans can expect to see more added to the site including a member’s area with exclusive content just for the fans.

Fans can also register their phone number to receive voicemail messages from Dolly and be entered to win a special prize package! The winner will be drawn on January 8th, 2008 so sign up now!

Dolly was recently on-hand at the former Sony Records building in Nashville to announce that the building will be the future site of the Nashville Songwriters Hall Of Fame. Sporting pink streaks in her hair for her upcoming Dancing With The Stars performance, Dolly fielded questions from the press about the Hall Of Fame along with questions about her new single, her next tour, and the upcoming 9 To 5 Broadway musical. When asked about any plans of retirement, Dolly quipped back: “As I’ve often said, I hope I fall dead on stage right in the middle of a song, hopefully one I wrote!”
