Hello Dolly fans. Just wanted to let you know that this Icelandic girl Lay Low did cover few Dolly songs for a theater play staged in Akureyri, Iceland. The play is "How I Learned to Drive" written by the Pullitzer prize winner Paula Vogel. In Icelandic the play is called "Okutimar". The music from the play was released in Iceland this year and the album name is "Okutimar - The music from the play performed by Lay Low". The music actually got the Icelandic Theater Awards. The Dolly songs in there are; Here I Am, 9 to 5, Fuel To The Flame, Jolene, Ping Pong, I Will Always Love You, Why, Why, Why and Love Is Like A Butterfly. If you are interested to hear or know more you can go to Lay Low┬┤s MySpace which is: http://www.myspace.com/baralovisa or go to iTunes and look up "Lay Low" or "Okutimar" for some samples. Lay Low is a huge Dolly fan actually. Very best from Iceland.
